| Natasha McDermott qualified in 1999 and has practiced exclusively in criminal law ever since. A qualified duty solicitor for both the Police Station and Court. She also sits on the London’s Duty Solicitor Committee. Although she attends the Magistrates Court on a daily basis, in addition Natasha has Rights of audience, enabling her to represent clients at the Crown Court. |

Natasha is tirelessly committed to pursuing the rights of those accused of criminal wrong doing. A great deal of her work is gained through personal recommendation.
Some of her notable cases include representing a client accused of one of the largest frauds (£6m) alleged to have been committed by HSBC bank. She also led a team of lawyers for the main defendant in the Heathrow Heist involving the theft of £3m. Although Natasha has specialist knowledge of general crime she has particular interest in Road Traffic Law & Extradition.
Natasha was president of the West London Law SOC in 2004-2005 and is an active member of a number of professional organisations.
Natasha is one of the founding partners of Carters Solicitors and is the firms Managing Partner.

R v Goddard & Others – Army officers accused of GBH and Affray due to a victim having glass in their eye causing blindness.
She has recently been instructed on a case of importation of large quantities of Class A drugs, a street robbery of £27,000 and in the case of a minor alleged to have committed rape of other children.
