Romana Khan - Senior Partner

Romana is a specialist in defence preparation and advocacy. She has defended numerous high profile and complex criminal cases. She previously practiced with Tuckers Solicitors where she gained a vast range of experience in dealing with cases from arrest to matters in the Court of Appeal.
Recent cases include R v Robertson – a 14 year old girl accused of stabbing a fellow pupil at her school after suffering months of bullying – the case resulted in acquittal
R v Goddard & Others – Army officers accused of GBH and Affray due to a victim having glass in their eye causing blindness.
She has recently been instructed on a case of importation of large quantities of Class A drugs, a street robbery of £27,000 and in the case of a minor alleged to have committed rape of other children.
